Designing Calm in Complexity

Our reason for being and how we work. A different approach to technology.

Our observation

Why Takora exists

Too many tech projects fail or disappoint. Not for lack of talent, but for lack of method and mutual understanding.

01

Business misunderstanding

Technical teams don't really understand the business. Result: solutions that miss the real needs.

02

Artificial complexity

Over-engineered solutions, trendy technologies rather than suitable ones. Simple becomes complex.

03

Opaque communication

Technical jargon, meetings without substance, unclear progress. The client is in the dark.

04

Created dependency

Locked systems, proprietary code, mandatory maintenance. The client becomes captive.

The Takora answer

We created Takora to prove that another approach is possible. One where technology truly serves the business, where clarity replaces opacity, where the client remains in control of their tools.

Our philosophy

The principles that guide us

Four founding convictions that structure every project and every decision.

01

Business First

We understand your business before talking technology. Every line of code must serve a clear business objective.

02

Radical simplicity

The best solution is often the simplest. We eliminate the superfluous to keep only the essential.

03

Total transparency

You have access to everything, always. Code, progress, decisions. No gray areas.

04

Client autonomy

Our goal is to make you independent. Training, documentation, skill transfer included.

How we work

What you can expect

Concrete commitments that make a difference every day.

No jargon

We speak plain English, not tech. Every concept is clearly explained.

Continuous validation

You see and validate work at every stage. No bad surprises at delivery.

Documented code

Clean, commented and documented code. You can evolve it without us.

Training included

We train your teams for autonomous use of your tools.

Post-project support

Guaranteed availability after production. We don't disappear.

Quality commitment

Automated tests, code reviews, best practices. Quality is non-negotiable.

Vision & Direction

Arthur Portevin

Arthur Portevin

Founder

Arthur embodies Takora's dual culture: engineering excellence and business pragmatism. With a background from top-tier institutions (ENSTA, Télécom Paris, X-HEC), he built his career on one conviction: technology should never be a black box. He bridges the gap between deep tech and strategy. He doesn't just oversee code; he designs architectures built for resilience and business growth. He intervenes where stakes are high, translating complex operational challenges into clear, high-performance, and lasting systems.
"Technical complexity is inevitable, but suffering from it is a choice. My role is to turn that complexity into a clear, controlled competitive advantage."

Our vision

What we want to build

A clear ambition for Takora's future and the impact we want to have.

01

Become the go-to tech partner

For companies that want custom, reliable, and sustainable solutions, without the constraints of large vendors.

02

Work with ambitious companies

No exclusive sector: we seek clients who share our quality standards and long-term vision.

03

Have a real and measurable impact

Every project must generate tangible value. We refuse projects that won't truly serve our clients.
